Jamie has had an interest in the paranormal since she was a kid.  She grew up listening to her family's personal stories of encounters with the paranormal, and began investigating paranormal locations in the 1990's.  For over 30 years, she has investigated areas primarily in the Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia region, but has also traveled to areas such as Washington, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Vermont.  Recently she has coupled her love of the outdoors with her love of the paranormal and began researching for a book about paranormal happenings along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail.  In addition to the paranormal, Jamie also has an interest in true crime.  When she's not working on the podcast, she spends time with her family, volunteers as a leader for 3 scouting units, hikes, spends time gardening, reading, taking photos and renovating her 140+ year old house.
